4th of July Fun

Last Friday we enjoyed a fun afternoon with friends for the 4th of July. We had an early dinner, lots of laughs, and watched the kids swim in the kiddie pool outside. It was Josiah's first time to swim and he had a good time. He really like getting in and out of the pool, then trying to eat the floating grass in the pool. We didn't watch fireworks that night because he was tired around 7:30, but we heard plenty of them going off near our house. Here are some fun pictures of Sadie (Josiah's future wife through a pre-arranged marriage, ha ha!) and Josiah in the pool. She is 2 1/2 months older than him. 

These two are very animated together!

It looks like she is holding on to his arm and saying, "WAIT, you can't get out of the pool yet!"
