Josiah's Likes and Dislikes

I thought it would be fun to write down some things that Josiah likes and dislikes right now.

Dislikes:

Bananas- my dad is saying "That's my boy!"

Loud noises

Anything that is black and bigger than him- any black stuffed animal freaks him out

Riding in the car for longer than 10 minutes

Being in a room by himself for even just half of a second

Sleeping for long periods of time

Having his fingernails trimmed

His nose being wiped

Being dropped off at the nursery at church- seeing those big blue eyes well up with tears is heart wrenching!

My singing- anyone who has heard me sing can attest to the horrific nature of the sound. ha ha

Me to take a shower- he cries and bangs on the shower door the entire time I shower, EVERY single morning

Likes:

Cheerios, peas, beans (he passes wind like a stinky tornado after he eats beans though!), bread, and really almost any food that he can put in his mouth

Animals- dogs in particular

Being chased by us

Playing hide and seek around the couch

Having his face stroked and his head rubbed- his eyes always start to roll back in his head when you do that

Walking with his walker thing

Being outside

Flushing the toilet

Tearing up paper

Pulling all of the bowls and pans out of the cabinets

Riding on my back in his carrier

Balls

His allergy medicine

Throwing food and other objects off of his highchair and laughing about it

Shaking his head back and forth like Stevie Wonder

Playing the piano

Getting in small spaces behind things and giggling

Taking a bath and splashing around

Playing and "talking" with Justin

Napping with me

Opening and closing cabinets

Carrying around my chapstick or a pen
